MINTZ - Ellen Carol Mintz, 50, went to be with the Lord July 2, 1997 following a lengthy illness. She will be loved, missed and remembered by her family which include 2 sons, Jimi Allen and Jeffrey Allen (Beth); daughter, Jodi Williams (Michael); 2 grandsons, Zachary and Jacob Williams; 2 sisters, Patricia Newbold and Shirley Griffis (Landon); 3 brothers, William G. Mintz (Grace), Alfred Mintz (Sharon) and Stephen Mintz; and many nieces and nephews. Ms. Mintz was a native and life long resident of Jacksonville where she was a member of North Jacksonville Baptist Church. She was employed with Coastline Federal Credit Union for the past nine years where she will be greatly missed by her Coastline Family. Funeral Services will be held 11 AM, Sat., July 5, 1997 in the Chapel of HARDAGEGIDDENS FUNERAL HOME, 4315 Main St., with Rev. Tim Rigdon officiating. Interment will follow in Riverside Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Fri., (TODAY) at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Northeast Florida.
