GARVIN Elaine Olin Garvin, 57, passed away June 16, 2003. She was an active member of Callahan First Assembly of God. She is preceded in death by her father and mother, Kenneth and Louise Olin, and brothers, Aaron, Arthur and Robert Olin. She is survived by husband of 33 years, Sam Garvin; children, Charlene Jeffers, Todd Johnson, Gwen Higginbotham (Charles), Sam Garvin, Jr. (Robin), Lonnie Garvin (Libby) and Susie Powers; sisters, Gerry Martin (Tom), EvaLou Conner (Kenneth), Sylvia Batten (Clifford) and Debra Minton (Larry); 13 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren & numerous nieces and nephews. Pastor Herb Phinazee will conduct Funeral services at 10:00 AM Thursday, June 19th, in the Chapel of HARDAGE-GIDDENS FUNERAL HOME, 4315 Main St., with interment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery (Gate 5).
