WATERS Clarence E. “Eddie” Waters, 63, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, June 25, 2008. Born in Alma, GA, Eddie had lived most of his life in Jacksonville and was a delivery driver for Panama Pharmacy as well as an avid hunter. He was a loving father to his children, Teri Lynn (Ronnie) Harrison and Jerry Waters and his 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are his mother, Minnie Lee Waters; a sister, Brenda Williams; and 2 brothers, Billy (Lizabeth) Waters and Kenny Willis.
