Diane Williams Neely

graduated from Ole Miss. Married in 1984. Worked as an Interior Designer and later sales. Had my son Reid in 1987 and retired in 1989 when my daughter Hannah was born. Have been a full time Mom ever since. Both of my kids graduated from Jackson Academy and are at Ole Miss now. I am an official empty nester :(. I work 2 or 3 hours a day for Stegall Notary Service imputting information on their computer. Great part time job and it gives me a little madmoney to play with. My husband Johnny is a dentist here in Jackson. Don't really like being an empty nester but I am getting more use to the freedom. Most important thing is that my kids love college (suprised!!) so I guess I'm happy they are happy. Reid will be a Senior next year and graduate but will go to school an extra year for football. He plays for Ole Miss and has two more years of eligability. Hannah will be a Sophomore. It's very convenient having them both at the same school. Fall and football season are a busy time for us as I'm sure it is for lots of people. We love it and dread the day that its over. That pretty much sums it up.

I have lots of great memories but the first one that popped in my head was when we were in the 8th grade and we were at a High School football game and Adrienne Bass Hillyer was climbing on the fence and Coach Vaughn (Lerch)thought she was a boy and said "You boys get down from there now". Adrienne, I told you that you cut your hair too short that year. (Ha Ha). There are so many more but I'll have to think on that
