Comments:

After graduating Jamaica High School I went to Lafayette College and received a BS degree in Civil Engineering. After graduation , my first job was with the Army Corps of Engineers; then went to work for a structural engineering firm.
During this time I went back to school at night and received an MS in Civil Engineering from NYU.
Then went to work with one of the great airlines at the time, TWA. I was involved with the construction of their major facilities all over the country.

After 10 years, I left TWA and went to work with one of the largest corporations in the US, Mobil Oil Corporation. Here I was involved with the construction of buildings and laboratories all over the world ( Nigeria, Zimbadwe, Singapore, ).

After 11 years I moved to Cushman and Wakefied ( Mobil was moving from NYC to Virginia). I worked on new buildings and doing construction of interior projects.

After 10 years left C & W to work for ING Bearing. They were purchased by UBS and left to work for Tramell Crow ( Director of Construction-constructing branches for Bank of America)

Finally, received a great offer to teach at NYU.
I am now an Clinical Associate Professor for the Construction Management Masters of Science program.

I also wrote a book-Urban Construction Project Management ( published by McGraw-Hill)-2009
