I went to NC State for undergraduate and moved to Aspen, Colorado soon after college graduation. What I expected to be a short stay turned into 4 years of skiing, meeting wonderful friends, and having fun. I moved to Charleston, SC soon after Aspen and stayed there until I went back to graduate school at UNCG studying Early Childhood Education. I then did a study abroad in Finland which took me to a teaching job in Barcelona, Spain for 1 1/2 years.. Finally, I moved to Wilmington, NC to work in our family business and stayed there about 5 years. I met my husband after being in Charleston for a weekend, moved, married, and have been here since 2005... and love it!
