Laura Malone Skiles

Wow, 10 years! Let's see... I attended college at Lincoln where I received a Bachelors in Civil Engineering Tech. and an Associates in Drafting Technology. In 2003 I married the love of my life, Mike Skiles, and we had a fairy-tale wedding in Savannah Georgia. The following year we were pregnant with our son Slate who was born in January 2005 in Jeff City. In January 2006 we moved to St. Louis so Mike could help his brother start a brand new church where we have been ever since. Mike works as the full-time performing arts/music director for the church and I work in downtown St Louis doing construction monitoring for US Bank Community Development - specializing in rehabbing and rebuilding historic downtown areas and low income areas. We have loved every moment of living in St. Louis and look forward to raising our child, or should I say children (maybe!), here. Slate has started preschool and time has gone by so fast! We're looking forward to the next 10 years!

Looking back now I can just sum everything up and say that I truly loved high school and for the most part I wouldn't change a thing! I loved all my friends, all my experiences, all my classes..etc. Too many stories to recount!
