Janet loved being around people, always looked forward to the Day's of 59 so she could see all her friends (old & new) and didn't want to miss any dance that was going on. Her favorite thing to do was baking cookies and giving them out to her friends. She always had a smile on her face even when it was very difficult for her to do so and if asked, she was always "fine". Note: Can you please add this to Janets "in memory" section.

I remember Janet as the cutest little girl. As she grew up, she always had a smile on her face, and she could lift your spirits with just that smile.
Janet showed that even when life hits you hard, there's joy to be found.I admired her strength, and love that she was so willing to share. She was an angel without wings here on earth, and I'm sure in heaven, shes one of God's favorites.

JANET WAS ONE OF MY SISTERS BEST FRIENDS IN SCHOOL. MY SISTER WOULD HELP HER OUT ON MANY OCCASSIONS DURING SCHOOL. I REMEMBER SEEING JANET AT A CARE FACILITY WHERE MY SONS GRANDMOTHER WAS. SHE WAS IN HER WHEELCHAIR IN THE HALL AND HER EYES LIT UP WHEN SHE SAW ME. I JUST COULDN'T WAIT TO TALK TO HER AND I SAID REMEMBER ME LORI'S SISTER AND SHE NODDED HER HEAD YES. I GAVE HER A HUG AND SHE HAD A GREAT BIG SMILE ON HER FACE AND HER EYES WERE SO BRIGHT ON THAT DAY. I WILL NEVER FORGET IT. ANGELS DO LIVE AMONG US AND SHE IS A REAL SPECIAL ONE.

I went to school with Janet all the way up to the 9th grade.  That's when I moved to Colorado.  I often thought of her everytime my family and I would come back for a visit.  I never did take the time to look her up.  I didn't know she passed away until I seen it on here.  I remember her always laughing and smiling.  I miss that in my life now when everything is so hussle and bussle, stressing over money issues, and life in general.  We need more people like Janet in our lives to remind us that we need to stop and smell the roses.  I miss her and wish her family the very best.  My deepest sympathy to all who knew and loved Janet...

I always think of Janet as the little girl with the HUGE SMILE !!  Such a sweet person and always in such a good mood.  She made everyone smile along with her.  I know she is smiling in heaven now.
