We had some fun sleepovers. Once while we were having a seance, complete with candles, my flannel nightgown caught fire. Barb slapped out the flames before I even knew what had happened. She had a kind and loving heart and an unforgettable smile!
Barb was a dear friend and we spent a lot of time together. I helped her through her college chemistry class and we even managed to make that fun. I never had the privilege of meeting her husband and Children, but did see her at the hospital a few times and she was so proud of her family and loved her life on the farm. God took this one far too young.
