Hello everyone,

I want to say thank you to all who were responsible for the reunion!  It was a wonderful experience...I renewed old friendships and met some new folks too!   I also was very  pleased to see some of my teachers...that was a great idea to invite them.   And by the way...I thought everyone looked fabulous!!!

God Bless,      Diane Cheatham Conyers Keep

It was fun to see you Diane and YOU looked fabulous!

Harry, we were all disappointed you were not there!  After Miami won on Thursday, we thought maybe you'd surprise us and show up on Saturday night.

The teachers who came all said how much they enjoyed seeing everyone.  It made me realize how important it is to remember all our teachers and let them know they made a positive influence on many students.

I had so much fun seeing everyone who came. I sure hope we can stay in touch with this neat website- thanks again to Harry!  Hopefully, the next time we want to get together, we can use this website to post the info with even more of our classmates.  Keep letting people know about it and encourage them to register.

Hi Harry,

I thought you probably had a weekend of celebration after the Heat won on Thursday,  AND while our reunion was just terrific, I suppose you had a good reason to stay in Florida!   But we all missed seeing you. The photographer took lots of candid shots at the reunion, as well as the group photo.  I'll be glad to post those on the site when they are available.  Gavin Chartier took some very good pictures too, and I hope he will be sharing some of those.

Thanks again for this wonderful website and please stay in touch.

Marcia

I really enjoyed the reunion and like everyone else, I wish more classmates had come.

My thanks to all that put it together, it took a lot of time and effort.

I left right after High School, as did a lot of others and have only came back to visit family.

To be honest I think 10 yrs is too long to wait to see everybody again and the clock is ticking for all of us.

Thanks again

I am glad to say that this reunion was the best one yet.  I am not saying the other reunions were not fun, because the were.  Maybe I'm an old geezer, but I enjoyed speaking with as many people as I could.  Every event was well thought out and planned.  I have no idea how much work it entailed, but I really appreciate it.  My wife had a good time and she had never been to Joplin until she came to the 30 reunion.  I thank everyone that sacrificed the time and money to come.  It was really worth our time to attend.  And to Marcia Long, I thank you for the time you visited with us about your life after your Dad.  It meant a lot to me.  Thanks to all, I was only disappointed on how much time I couldn't spend dancing with my wife.  Sometimes the body does not cooperate.  Blessings to all..

I saw that on Face Book.  It's very sad that in this day and age, people still die from the flu.  My deepest condolences to her family.

That is so sad to see someone lose their life to the flu when there is medicine to help.  I almost waited too long last March and my job sent HR to get me to take me to Urgent Care.  I couldn't even get up.  Not knowing that I had the virus almost cost me my life. I just kept thinkging I would get better.   I'm so thankful to my boss for saving me.  That is some mean stuff.  After missing two weeks of work and two more weeks just to get back on track I look back and think never again will I take that for granted that it's not going to happen to me.  My heart goes out to the family.
