Its really hard to believe that its been 20 years. It really does pass by so amazingly fast. I have had some really incredible opportunities. NC State was definitely the type of place that let me discover who I really was and wanted to do. Amazing what you find out about yourself, when you have a clean slate and no preconceived notions. After NC State I moved into product development and lived in Sumter, SC, then Baltimore, MD working for McCormick. Got a Culinary Degree and then proceeded to Johns Hopkins for business. Moved to Cincinnati in 2000 to jump start their flavor division focussed on foodservice. I've managed to get two patents so far and I'm now transitioning into a less technical role.
