Hey there dear friends.

Hope everyone is having a great year so far. Thanks for visiting this site and inputing your contact information. It would be even MORE awesome if you all could include a photo of some sort. It could either be from high school or current. It would be great for people like me that no longer have year books, and who don't live in Kansas City, thus never get to run into any of you, and who have lost a great number of brain cells over the decades. I could really use the help putting names and faces together in some cases. I'm sorry, but that's just how it is. LOL Is there a way to get a copy of our year book? I wonder if that's possible.
Any way... take care sexy people. (those of you who aren't sexy, just pretend)
LOL Thank God it's Friday eh?

Oh, don't forget to watch 'Parenthood' on NBC March 9th or 14th when my character will be introduced for the first time. Principal Gomez the Enforcer!!

bye.

Just a suggestion for a venue for the reunion. Charlie Hoopers Bar & Grille is a popular spot for local reunions which is familiar to most graduates, as well as the DarkHorse Tavern in wesport(formerly Torres Pizza), that is available for rent to reunions and such. It is right on the new trolley tour route so people can ride to entertainment district etc. (there are also alot of Taxis on hand!) Anyway just some ideas, I would be willing to chip in, or if there would be a donation box to cover any expenses incurred for a venue. Thanks and hope to have some fun!

Will it be Ronald Neame,

Or Roy Rogers, Vincent Price, Ronald Reagan, Lucille Ball,

Or hometown gal from

Independence Missouri, Ginger Rogers?

Hi everyone... Yes, I'm here and living in Kansas City. I WILL be at the reunion. I have been busy with kids and a death in my family. I'm sorry to any and all of you who have tried to contact me via e-mail...etc. I can't wait to see ALL of you and catch up on life. I also have kept up with Carl Connor and I'm glad he is going to make it. Thank you Dan for bringing him to us. Well, I will see you all on Friday, Oct. 8. Talk to you then:)

Love and prayers to all,

SWHS Class of '80 30th Reunion - Part 2!

Hi Everyone!  I hope everyone had a great night last night, I know I did.  I'm an aspirin and a couple of cups of coffee into my morning.  Just a quick reminder:  the 2nd half to our reunion weekend will be today at Charlie Hooper's, in Brookside.  Be there around 5:30pm-6:00pm.  Hooper's address: 12 W 63rd St., Kansas City, MO 64113 (P) 816-361-8841, www.charliehoopers.com
It was great seeing SO many friends.  What an unforgettable evening and thank you for being there!

I knew the evening would be great.  So sorry I missed it.  I hope more about the evening - and perhaps Elliott's performance - will be posted somewhere.

What a great time I had catching up with all my old friends! I am sooo glad I decided to attend! It brought back alot of memories of good times. I hope that this is the beginning of us reconnecting more often. We all get so caught up in our careers, families, etc. Friday night just reinforced the importance of maintaining longterm friendships. I look forward to keeping in touch with all my peeps! Mary & team - sounds like you did a great job organizing the reunion! sorry I couldn't make it, but it was one of those years.

Mark, how could you not still have your yearbooks? If you're ever in the Yosemite area, stop by, I'll pull out the ones I have - think I have 3 out of our 4 years.....

Anyway, reunion committee, thanks for all your hard work. Looking forward to seeing more updates on this site!

I wish I  could have made it to the reunion. Nine baseball games, two volleyball games and a flag football game were on our list of things to do. I did however run up to Hooper's and saw Chris Skinner for about 30 minutes around 11:00 PM. Sorry I missed out! Maybe we can all retire to the same old folks home later in life......Steve.

Hi To All!  I'm sorry I didn't learn about the reunion until it was in progress!  I would have loved to have seen everyone and would love to catch up with you guys.  It's literally been 30 years since I left my dear hometown and I would love to hear how life in K.C. is as an adult! Does anyone still sudds the foutains on the plaza...?!

Hey everyone,

Jenny and Mary did a fabulous job of putting it all together, and just want to say THANK YOU for all your hard work to make it happen!  The venue, band and entire set-up was 1st class.  It was really great to see everyone after so many years.  I look forward to next time...

Steve

Thank you for sharing the reunion video-I could not be there because I was in Paris, so it was so good to at least see some of my  old friends. I hope I can make the next reunion.
