Per correspondence with Mike Olson, Chris had been battling cancer for several months and was undergoing an aggressive course of chemo. His body couldn't bounceback after the most recent session.
Ah Chris! I am soo sorry to hear this and all my sympathy goes out to his family. I will miss him! I remember him best from working at the Seville Theatres in high school. We had a great time after work going skating and bowling and the like.
