Welcome to the Rockhurst High Class of '71 Website

Hawklets71.com exists for the benefit of Rockhurst classmates in the 1967 freshman class through 1971 graduating class, including those who joined the class late or left early. Think of it as a private space for sharing school memories, interests and activities, and what you and other classmates have been up to since leaving Rockhurst. So dig in, explore, post, comment, and communicate. You probably won't break anything!

Reunion Week: September 15–19

It’s Our 55th – Plan Now to Show-Up!

It’s hard to believe, but our 55th Reunion is catching up to us—and we need your presence for some good times, camaraderie, laughter, shenanigans, and Hawklet pride!

Here’s what’s planned so far:

Weekday Evening (TBD)
We’ll gather for a Rockhurst soccer game one evening during the week. Details will be shared once the schedule is finalized.

Friday Evening, September 18
Festivities begin with a BBQ around 5:00 PM, followed by the Homecoming Football Game kicking off at 7:00 PM. A nominal fee will cover both events.

This evening is part of the all-school “Golden Hawklets” reunion, welcoming all classes who graduated by 1976.

We’ll also have a private function – our class only – at O’Neill’s Restaurant (95th & Mission Road) after the game. More details to follow.

Saturday, September 19
We look forward to reconnecting on campus with Mass at 4:00 pm followed by

Cocktail hour and dinner to follow in the Pesci Commons
Attire is casual—come comfortable and ready to enjoy!

Golf Outing
We are also hoping to organize a golf outing, likely on Thursday. Stay tuned for updates.

More details, including RSVP information and finalized plans, will be shared soon. In the meantime, PLAN ON IT, mark your calendars and start spreading the word!

It’s a celebration: 55 years of friendship and memories. See you there.
