Jacqueline Kay Leviton died Saturday, June 23, 2007. Born in Kansas City, Mo., to Blanche and Ben Schanzer, she was a life member of Hadassah and of the National Council of Jewish Women.
Jacquie is survived by her parents, her loving husband of 29 years, Elliot; beloved children, Zachary and Lindsay; fond brother, Gary Schanzer and his wife, Mary, and nephews, Jakob and Kyle. She was truly a devoted daughter, sister, wife and mother and a true, sincere friend who never met a stranger and will be missed greatly by all who knew her.
Graveside services were held on Tuesday, June 26, 2007, at Beth Yeshurun Cemetery (Post Oak). Rabbi Jack Segal officiated.
Family requests donations be made to Seven Acres Jewish Senior Care Services.
