It is understood that I, as registrant, and any guest of mine, by virtue of registration and attendance at these reunion events, will be responsible for our actions and will jointly and severally indemnify and hold harmless the 1965 reunion committee from and against any and all claims of any nature, including personal injury or property damage sustained or caused by me and/or my guest in any way connected with or related to the reunion  events and the cost of and expenses of defending against such claims.
