Edwin R. Barnthouse III, 70, of Lee's Summit, MO died on January 11, 2017 at KC Hospice House. Ed was born on August 1, 1946 in Kansas City, MO and is survived by two sons, David E. Barnthouse and his wife Tina of Lake Lotawana, MO and Russell B. Barnthouse, his wife Jodi and their three children, Katie, Nathan and Bennett of Lee's Summit, MO. Ed is also survived by his brother Stephen E. Barnthouse of Kansas City, MO and nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at 4pm followed by funeral services at 5pm at Langsford Funeral Home at 115 SW 3rd St., Lee's Summit, MO on Wednesday, January 18, 2017. Interment will be in the Calhoun, MO Cemetery.
