GLENPOOL, Okla. — Lawrence "Larry" Gene Crandell, 57, of Glenpool died Oct. 31, 2004. He was a master technician for Lexus in Tulsa, Okla, for the past 14 years. As a young man, he played cello in the Youth Symphony in Kansas City. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War, and was the recipient of several medals, including the PurpleHeart.
Survivors include two children, Eric Andrew Crandell and Aimee Renee Winton; three granddaughters, Morgan Layne Winton, Mya Brynn Winton and Madison Elizabeth Crandell; four siblings, Ronald Lee Crandell, Cheryl Lynn Ramthun, Robin Sue Kerr, Rebecca Anne Daniels.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Moore Funeral Home, Southlawn in Tulsa, Okla. A private graveside service will be at Bluff Cemetery in Springdale.
