Linda Vee Moon Hill
August 8, 1945 – August 20, 2017
Linda Vee Moon Hill was reunited with her parents and many other loved ones on Sunday, August 20, 2017. She was born August 8, 1945 and grew up in Farmington, Utah. At the age of 16, she married her high school sweetheart, Rodney Hill on October 5, 1961 and they were sealed for time and all eternity on December 4, 1962 in the Logan Utah LDS Temple. Everything Linda has done for the past 56 years has revolved around her family. They were her world! She has a strong testimony of her Savior, Jesus Christ and lived it in her daily actions.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Herald and Vivienne Moon, her stepmom Ruth Moon, her sisters, Joanne Tuttle and Sandra Call, her brother Stephen Moon and her granddaughter, Madeline Slaughter. She is survived by her forever sweetheart, Rodney Hill, her children, Jim (Jann) Hill, Michelle (George) Slaughter, Jenny (Craig) Jensen, Katie (John) Merritt, 12 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and her siblings; Brent (Val) Moon, Merry (Richard) Green, Pat (Dean) Larson, Beverly Benton and Pat Moon.
Funeral services will be held Friday, August 25, 2017 at 12 p.m. at the Kaysville Rock Chapel, 25 South 200 East. Friends may visit with family on Thursday August 24, 2017 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Lindquist’s Kaysville Mortuary, 400 North Main Street and Friday 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the church.
