Deborah Tilley Lloyd was born on June 8, 1954 at Fort George G. Meade, in the county of Anne Arundel, Maryland to Derald Alma Tilley and Berwyn Freer Tilley. 

Debbie passed through the veil to greet her Savior and ancestors on January 12, 2023. She is survived by Bruce Farr Lloyd her husband of 47 years, her children Natalie Joy (Jacob) Ball of Meridian, Idaho, Allison Marie (Steven) Jensen of Kaysville, Utah, Jared Bruce (Julie) Lloyd of Hooper, Utah, Michael Grant (Lexie) Lloyd of Farmington, Utah. Her grandchildren: Nathan, Matthew, Susannah and Luke Ball; Steven, Cole, Elizabeth, Tanner and Katelyn Jensen; Colby, Ledger and Vienna Lloyd; Braelyn and Braxtyn Lloyd, her sisters Sandra (Randy) Rigby and Shawna (Gary) Core. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers; Craig, Steven and David.
