Ed passed away October 29, 1989 In Colorado Springs Colorado where he taught for a period of time. Ed was a friend to most everyone in high school. P.E. was not his favorite class but he was smart and always took the time to talk to you.
Ed was a good friend. He and I spent much time together while at KSTC. We played a lot of gin rummy when Ed taught school in McCook, NE after graduation. I was living in McCook and teaching in Culbertson, NE. We also visited occasionally after he moved to Colorado Springs to teach school. I'm told he was an excellent teacher. I enjoyed Ed's company. He was intelligent and had a great sense of humor.
