Friday, July 22nd

Ice-Breaker
7pm to 9pm
The Garage - 15 East 24th Street (map)
Catering provided by the Chicken Coop and there will be a cash bar and drink specials. May also have games like darts.

Saturday, July 23rd

Golf
7am to 11am
Meadowlark Hills Golf Course - 3300 30th Avenue
Golfers are on their own regarding setting up tee times and fees.

Potluck
11am to 2pm
Cottonmill Lake West Shelter (Download Map of Cottonmill)
Potluck with grilled burgers and dogs provided. There is the swimming for our children, the hike and bike trail, the frisbee golf, the paddle boats, volleyball court and fishing too.

Tour of KHS
3pm to 4pm.
Kearney High School - 3610 6th Avenue
Tom Shield, KHS Math Teacher, will be leading the tour of the KHS campus.

Formal Banquet
7pm to midnight.
Ramada Inn - 301 2nd Avenue
(classmate and guest/spouse, no kids)
Dress Code: We're aiming at formal (men: jackets; women: dresses) but you are not going to get kicked out if you wear shorts and a polo.
Classmate Brian Baer of Baer Photography is going to be taking a 20 year class photo. The price is $10, and this will be an 8x10 photo mailed out to you. Paid the night of the Sat. dinner.

Sunday, July 24th

Nothing has been organized -- don't let that stop you from making your own plans.

Fees

If you are not attending the banquet on Saturday night, the fee is $10 per adult.

If you are attending the banquet, the fee is $25 per adult.

This fee covers the cost to rent the facilities (The Garage, the Cottonmill Pavillion, the Ramada) as well as some food (appetizers on Friday, BBQ meats for the potluck, the banquet, etc,...)

This fee does not cover alcohol or golf (if you want to golf, please coordinate something Friday night)

Accommodations

Ramada Inn is holding a block of rooms under "Class of 1991 Reunion" at $79/night. Reservations for this block is on a first-come-first-served basis and must be booked by July 6th, 2011.
