----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Keith died of a heart attack while working at his company, in the Town of Tonawanda, Crandall International. The small company sold can filling machines internationally. Keith was remarkable in travelling to countries in Asia and South America to sell and repair the machines.  He had an affinity for learning languages, be it Spanish or some Korean, sufficient to get by and to make a great connection for doing a sale and retaining a customer. Before that, he worked as a school teacher in the Buffalo City Schools. His wife Adrienne Crandall still lives in their home on Zimmerman in the Town of Tonawanda. He had degrees from Buffalo State College. He had the distiction of being an Eagle Scout, and had the pleasure of seeing his son Jake become an Eagle Scout as well. He ran unsuccessfully for the School Board because he felt that the high standards we experienced at KWHS were no longer being met or sought. Keith knew more puns, good and awful, than anyone I have ever met. I and a lot of others miss him.
