First and foremost: Since we all last met, classmate David Bain and I were married (14 months after our 10 year reunion) and have been busy having kids in the meantime! In addition to our newborn "princess", we have 3 very active boys ages 2, 3 and 6, who need my attention 24/7 and then some!! Every day is definately an adventure, but I wouldn't have it any other way. Just how much did I have to drink at that last reunion anyhow?!?! :)
Prior to the 10 year: Graduated from UW-W in 1993, passed the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) Exam, and began my Human Resources career with Target Stores. In 10 years, I worked in 6 stores between Milwaukee and Chicago, and opened several stores in the Midwest. In 2003, I requested to demote and transfer closer to home, as David was activated (he's Navy Reserve) post-9/11 and sent to Japan.
I now work part-time in the Kenosha store doing HR support, although am currently on maternity leave. Am contemplating changing careers to coincide with the opening of the new Target in Kenosha and transfer to our new Pharmacy upon my return from LOA.
Have lived in WI for most of the past 20 years. Spent last summer traveling around Europe as David was activated AGAIN and stationed in Germany for 14 months. Great experience, but a little challenging with the kids! :)
