Jerrell was one of my best friends to the end. I have known Jerrell since the first grade. We used to go fishing and play baseball. He was a great baseball player. He got me a job at Champion Ind. where he worked. I worked there for 44 years until retirement. We used to party and race each other. He had a really nice black '69 Z28. He called me this pasted September wanting to know where he could find an old Nova (car) to build. We talked about our health and he said he was doing good. I was so surprise to hear of his passing. I will miss Jerrell!
