He is available Tuesdays to Fridays from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.

POWER OF ATTORNEY:
If you are unable to attend the Annual General Meetings (AGM) you can have someone represent you at the meetings by designating Power of Attorney (PoA) to that person. A sample PoA can be seen here.
This should help the board to get a quorum (which they have not done in years) and consequently help the coop make progress.
