You name it... Here's the short and sweet... Attended Sam Houston State College then on to West Liberty State College in West Virginia. Moved back and forth between Texas and West Virginia for years... guess I couldn't decide what I liked less, winter or fire ants, ha ha. Was a bartender in college then moved on to social work afterwards. Decided I wasn't the best person to try to save the world so I moved to Houston and became a Pharmacy Technician. Met Dave (my now husband of 5 years) in Houston and we moved to West Virginia to be closer to my family. Worked for an insurance company for a while and now I am back at Walgreens (10 years now) scheduling Pharmacists for the Tri-State area (West Virgina, Ohio and Pennsylvania). I still love going on road trips... Most recent one was to the Outer Banks over the summer.

Where do I start? Band, Friday Night Football games, competitions, bus trips, Galveston trips, the puppy love crushes, the drama of the first kiss, the drama of the first skipped class, frying an egg on the asphalt of the parking lot during band practice, feeling so out of place you didn't know where to turn, Disney World trip, parties, prom... I am just happy I survived! :)

It's all kind of a blurr... Seeing gigantic Christmas trees in the Band Hall and wondering how'd they do that... Hearing about someone's car on the roof of the school and thinking, no where but here... The best one though from that era... coming home from college for the weekend to find a kegger party and being charged $5 to get into my own house! ha ha

Both... How can you not?

I would have went out with R. J. and not been so intimidated.

It was all about getting thru the day 20 years ago. I am just glad I live a pretty simple life now.

I don't really make them anymore... I just try to keep improving day by day.

If you pray... pray for those less fortunate than you.
