No grandchildren. I'm only 29 years old so I'm too young to have grandchildren.

Life has been interesting. In June 2008, my girls and I suffered a house fire to our new home. We had to stay in a hotel for 6 months. Six months to the day of the fire, we were able to move back in. Lots of things have been happening with the business. As of yesterday, I was working at Delphi. I took the buyout to devote my time to growing my business. I found out 2 days ago that I'm a finalist in the Black Enterprise Elevator Pitch Contest! I'm so excited! I'm believing this will open doors for my business. For those of you who don't know, the name of my business is Sweet Poppin's. I make gourmet flavored popcorn, Pralines & Cream, Blueberry Cheesecake, Strawberry Cheesecake, Lemon Pound Cake, Chocolate Covered Strawberries, just to name a few. I can create over 30 flavors and/or flavor combinations. In 2003, I saw how to make this popcorn in a dream. I don't remember if I was asleep or daydreaming but I saw everything from start to finish.
