I have been making some rather extensive changes in my life (as some of you who were at the reunion already know). So as not to get too bogged down in details or to be guilty of TMI I will try to be brief. I would be happy to answer pretty much any questions you might have individually.
I have changed my gender to female, the one in which I feel most comfortable. It has been a somewhat surreal, sometimes frightening and ultimately rewarding 5 year journey. I wish I had done this earlier in life and I wish I hadn't taken so long in the process. Other than that it has been nothing but positive.
I almost didn't come to the reunion at all yet I'm so glad I did. It was a watershed experience in my transformation. Everyone I talked to could not have been more supportive. Those, if any, who had an issue with me refrained from making it known. I want to thank you all for that.
