I've been fortunate to do many things since leaving Jefferson. I went onto get my Cosmetology license and was a beautician. I returned to school and started my own business which, I operated for 9 years. I then returned to Purdue and graduated with my degree in Child Development and Family Studies. I was able to study abroad in India and completed an Honor's Thesis while at Purdue.
At this time I am a case manager, parent educator and the drug testing coordinator for Child & Family Partners here in Lafayette.
However, my greatest accomplishment has been my three wonderful daughters. My oldest daughter will begin this Fall at St. Joseph's College!
I do a lot of different activities. I am a Girl Scout Leader, I coach softball, I play softball and my favorite....I play roller derby for the Lafayette Brawlin' Dolls.
