After graduating from UNF with a poli-sci degree, I stunned my parents by landing an income-producing job in politics. Since then I have been working in and around politics and government... with the City Council, Mayor's office, US Senate and most recently as a lobbyist in Tallahassee. This past March I joined Southern Strategy Group as a parnter in their Jacksonville office.
Working in the political arena has opened so many doors for me and I have had the opportunity to do so many amazing things. I have met presidents and former presidents, can call the Governor a personal friend and had dinner with John Travolta and Kelly Preston at their home in Ocala. John actually flew us from Clearwater to Ocala in his G5 (the 747 was in the shop!).
I still live and work in Jacksonville and make it back to Lake City on occasion. Unfortunately I have a trip planned to Duck Key the weekend of the reunion. I wish everyone the best!
