Adrienne Phoenix Gager, 38, of Rye, N.Y., formerly of Lake Forest, died June 4, 1997 at Sloan Kettering. Mrs. Gager was born Jan. 5, 1959 in Chicago. She attended Lake Forest High School, graduated from the University of Illinois in 1980 and received her MBA from SMU in 1982. Mrs. Gager was a member of Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority.
