James C. Laegeler, 43, a lifelong resident of the North Shore, (was) (b)orn Oct. 23, 1958, in Libertyville, he died Wednesday, May 29, 2002, in Highland Park. Among his interests, Mr. Laegeler greatly enjoyed sports and computers. He was the beloved husband of Colette of Highland Park; caring stepfather of Sebastien, Paris and T.J., all of Highland Park; adored son of Elinor Laegeler of Libertyville; dear brother of Linda (Robert) Banks of Libertyville and Carol (Bill) Davis of Society Hill, S.C.; caring uncle of Donna, Julie (Daniel), Beth, Aimee (Gene) and Emily; and dear great-uncle of Victoria, Valerie and Brittany.
