Mary Jaye Hale, 46, of Phoenix passed away Dec. 29, 2003. She was born in Chicago, IL and resided in Arizona for the past year. She worked as a Nursing Asst. for Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs, CO. Mary had a great sense of humor and a beautiful smile. She is survived by her mother Ramona F. Hale of Anthem, AZ.
