Richard Flanders, 61, of Walpole NH, passed away suddenly on September 12, 2022. He was born on June 24, 1961, in St. Albans, VT to Francis and Betty (Hoose) Flanders. He is survived by his brother, Francis of Westminster, Vermont and sister, Shelia (Fredricks) of Idaho. There will be no services.
