Armando's Response

Today the halls of J.W.Nixon heard the foot steps of the Mighty Class of 1970. The memories of pride and passion for the Class were running in great abandons. Every teacher's name and habits were mentioned in unison per room numbers. Some rooms are no longer there but the fond memories run with great pride if only for a few moments. There was a brief moment, I could  hear the music and smell of a time past long engulfed in our minds. The unity that proved we were a force to be reckoned with, the music from the band hall when the doors were open, The Golden Spurs practicing to the beat of the Horse, players getting dressed under the canopy, and who could forget the smell of Frito-pies. Yes, for a shining moment the halls of J.W.Nixon heard the mighty echoes of the Class of 1970 long forgotten but today remembered fondly.

Respectfully yours, P.Armando Sanchez Jr.
