LARA WHITE Davis

After graduation, I rushed right into Summer School at NMSU. I played golf there and got a finance degree before going to law school. After law school, I returned to Cruces for a couple of years. I met my husband there and his job took us to Chicago. After a couple of WINDY CITY winters, I was ready to come back to New Mexico -- the alarm on my biological clock was also ticking, and I knew we needed to be closer to home when the alarm finally went off. We've been back in Albuquerque for six years and two boys. The big one starts Kindergarden this Fall.

I'm moving law firms effective February 1, 2009 -- hopefully a good move for Quality of Life.

Life's a mile-a-minute roller coaster ride!

The whole experience was very Leave it to Beaver -- geeky-squeaky clean, and spent in total awe of all the "kool kids." I studied a lot and hit a lot of golf balls. I was proud that our girls golf team took 2nd at State in 1989.

I've struggled for the past twenty + years to fully recover from the emotional scars wrought by my loss in the election for Sophomore Class Vice-President. If any of you "kool kids" have a chance, please buy me a sympathy drink at the 20 year reunion.
