Ruben Ojinaga

Well, it just seems like yesterday since the days of roaming the halls at school. After graduation I stuck around Las Cruces for two years just working odd jobs. I realised I needed to do something with my life, so I joined the Army and took off. It was the best decision I ever made. I served my country for four years. I got to travel a lot, see different parts of the world, and meet lots of great people. After I got out in 1996 I took a few classes at NMSU before landing a job as a corrections officer working under contract for Immigration Customs Enforcement(ICE) I did that for ten years and going to school part time. I finally got my Degree after 18yrs in Business Management from The University Of Phoenix and am now currently working at White Sands Missile Range. I cant wait to see everybody again! This reunion is gonna be great!

I remember all the practical jokes my friends and I used to play on each other around school. My favorite story is when Mario Rodriguez(Wiegie) took Kevin Weeks hub caps from his car and gave them to him in a brown paper bag in the hallway. They wouldn't fit in his locker and Kevin didn't want to be late for class so he had to take his hub caps with him to the class room. He was all mad and it was hilarious!
