Frequently Asked Qs

1.  I received an email to join the site. Do I need a password?
A password is NOT required to update your initial profile. However, for return visits, the system will ask you to create a login id and personal password for security purposes.

2.  My name isn't listed under the Classmate Profiles. What do I do?
The Classmate Profile list only contains the names of our 1979 graduates. If you are a fellow '77, '78 or '80 Eldorado classmate, you will need to email the site administrator (Contact Us) to request a Guest Member profile. Unfortunately, the school could not provide us a spreadsheet of all '77-'80 graduating members, thus the manual process.

3.  What if I forget my password?
Click the gray Forgot Password? box located in the upper right hand corner and an email will be sent to you with new password information.

4. Can people find my Classmate Profile page by searching Google or Yahoo?
It's your choice. If you prefer your profile to be restricted to the reunion site only, then check the Profile Visibility box located on your profile page. If you'd like people to find you using a search engine like Yahoo, then leave this box unchecked.*

*Please note that your private information is not findable and will never be displayed even if your profile is open to the public. All classmate email addresses, mailing addresses, and telephone numbers are completely protected and not visible to the public, and not indexable by search engines no matter what.

5.  I've completed my profile, but my address and phone number is showing. How do I hide this information?
Your address and phone number is only shown if you check the Contact Details box on your profile page. Uncheck this box to hide your information.

6.  Is the site really free?
Yes! The site is 100% fee and advertisement FREE. Our page is built on a free web hosting software powered by classcreator.com. It offers predesigned page templates and messaging functionality - - it's simple, uncomplicated and easy to use.

7.  Will I receive unsolicited emails?
You will only receive emails in three instances:

1) a fellow classmate contacts you using the email feature on your Classmate Profile page;

2) a reminder to classmates who have not updated their profile after 6 months;

3) a Happy New Year reminder

Other than these three circumstances, you can expect to only receive email from our Site Administrators or Planning Committee members providing you with reunion specific information. We will never send you spam email or solicitations of any kind.
