Lorraine passed away in Santa Barbara, CA on April 3, 2020.  She lived in Las Vegas for 12 years after graduating from LVHS.  She worked as a School Secretary in Santa Barbara.  She had 3 children and 3 grandchildren and always said that there was no doubt that becoming a grandmother was her most memorable experience.  She once wrote that she enjoyed her grandchildren, photography, her grandchildren, reading, attending the opera, her grandchildren, playing musical instruments and her grandchildren.  Her favorite memory was playing in the band (who could forget her playing the piccolo part in the Stars and Stripes Forever?) and hanging out in the bandroom.  Her hobbies included reading, films, traveling and family gatherings.  In 2011 she started a pet/house sitting business in Santa Barbara.  She felt fortunate having all her children and grandchildren living in the same area so she could see them often.
