Carol Oddonetto Tinney passed away on September 7, 2021 in Las Vegas.  Carol was born in California and moved to Las Vegas as a young girl.  She attended 5th Street Grammar School and graduated from Las Vegas High School.  Carol married Richard Tinney and they had 2 children.  She worked for the LVCVA for over 25 years in Registration.  She is survived by her daughter and son and three grandchildren.
