Frank died in Las Vegas on February 9, 2016.  After leaving LVHS, Frank served in the U. S. Army.  He retired from the Nevada Test Site.  He was survived by two sisters and many loving nieces and nephews.  Services will be Thursday, March 3, at Palm Mortuary on So. Eastern in Las Vegas.
