Henry Feltus was struck with a blast from a shotgun on the morning of December 8, 1967.  He died that same morning.  His killer was tried before a jury, convicted of murder in the first degree and sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole.  That decision was appealed in the Supreme Court of Nevada in April, 1970.  The judgement of the trial court was affirmed.  No other information on Henry has been found.  He is buried in Woodlawn Cemetery in Las Vegas.
