Died 08/29/12.  While attending LVHS, she sang on the radio and TV in Las Vegas.  After graduation she married James Gibson Buckler and they had five children together.  She worked at Centel, where she met the love of her life, David Brode (Class of 1953).  They married in 1966 and added two more children to their already large family.  They were married for 42 years when he passed in 2008.  Before moving to Carson City in 1975, she co-owned and operated Mr. Fish Chips.  Margaret was a loving mother and homemaker and helped lovingly raise many children as she ran a child-care business from her home for many years.  In addition to her 7 children, Margaret had 17 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
