
Geraldine Wadsworth Rowley died February 22, 2006 in St. George, UT from complications of Muscular Dystrophy. After graduating from LVHS, she spent the next year attending Darrell's Beauty College in Salt Lake City and lived in the Beehive House, which was an experience she always cherished. She later attended the spring and summer quarter at BYU in 1958. She married Vernon Rowley in the St. George Temple on April 12, 1960. They lived in Mesa and Scottsdale, AZ, Boulder City, Provo and Orem, UT, Las Vegas, Carson City and St. George, UT. She had a very special interest in music throughout her life. She began piano lessons at the age of four and continued that study for 12 years. She served as ward organist before she turned 13. She enjoyed decorating her home and doing crafts. She especially loved oil painting. When MS affected her ability to perform her many talents, she develoed new talents by using the computer to do genealogy work. She had 7 children and 19 grandchildren.
