Worked with family business and started several companies over the past 50 years. I have been licensed as a General Contractor and conducted business on an international level. Currently building a home in the south valley which will be 'off the grid'.

I invented a new process of creating "Photocopy" Likeness for the Artificial Rockscape discipline and was granted a US Patent for the process. We used this process to design and build rockscapes for zoos and hotels in many locations in and out of the US.

Currently developing 2- 4 plex properties and expanding an apartment project in downtown Las Vagsa.

Have been a homebuilder with my father and brothers, built commercial and industrial projects for many years.

I designed and constructed specialized construction equipment that provided my company an economic advantage over the competition.

My Wife, Son and Daughter worked with me to build an award winning multifamily project in Carson City.

I have maintained my hobby interest in racing and designed and built race cars which I continue to race.

I am the President of the Las Vegas High School Alumni Association (LVHSAA)

An interesting thing happened several weeks ago. An airplane crashed into the fence at my new home construction site about 10 feet from my desk. When the plane hit my fence and burst into flames, I quickly got out of the jobsite trailer to see if I could help anyone in the crash. There was such a large fireball I could not see anyone within the fire.

I ran back into my trailer and retrieved my laptop computer, put it a safe distance from the fire and went back in to see if I could rescue any other equipment or records I use on a daily basis. The fire had spread so quickly, I quickly left the trailer and was not able to retrieve anything.

Cathy and I have been working with the insurance carrier, for the airplane, to rebuild ourselves and records non stop for the past 8 weeks.

I built a very strong fence which the airplane was not able to penetrate.

Very sorry for the two individuals who lost their life that morning, but if someone needs a very strong fence, give me a call.

I was a quiet guy in school. I had a job after school hours to earn money for my go-kart racing. The racing hobby has required that I learn many disciplines and to be come familiar with many different materials and how they could work together for a new outcome. I have continued to include racing throughout this past 50 years and used the knowledge in every development/construction project I have undertaken.

I am currently working to protect and utilize our oldest campus buildings so that they are not destroyed as the Las Vegas Academy 'New master plan' is developed. Scott Walker (Principal of LVA)wants to add approximately 700 additional students to the campus. Clark County School District has shown that they are capable of destroying the original campus (Rancho High School, Boulder High School) and building a new high school on the site. Many of us alumni are working diligently for this not to happen to the original buildings of the Las Vegas High School Campus.

Update, on our campus, we, at the Las Vegas High School Alumni Association, were successful in mobilizing a $18,500,000 upgrading project to our campus this past year funded by the CCSD construction program. The work is ongoing right now (6-17-20). It appears that we will be adding another 100 years of life to our historic campus.
