Class Reunion Survey

The purpose of this survey is to gather ideas for our 20th year reunion to be held in 2013!  

I have compiled a list of questions to help us get an idea of what people would prefer to do. There is also a comment box for any further input or ideas you may have.

Each classmate may vote only once and collective results will be made visible to all classmates in the form of a chart/graph.... that is, if I did this correctly!!!!
