Genie Carrera Moore

Joined the Army Reserve straight out of high school to put myself through 3 yrs of College for Accounting and Business Administration. I Have ran my parents plumbing companies for over 15 years. Married in 1997 to Michael Moore that is originally from the Houston area, and have two beautiful children, Sade' who is 11 and is athletic in gymnastics and volleyball, and Brandon who is 8 and is also athletic in tackle football and track. My Husband and I have opened our own Electrical company in 2003 that my husband runs and is still in business today. I Have experienced Politics when working for the District Attorny's office and enjoyed that experience to help me in other ventures of my life. I have recently connected back to my love of fitness and found CrossFit and hope to one day open a CrossFit affiliate of my own to help others in Elite Fitness and Health.

I started my Elementary years at Leipsic and experience life of a broken home and had to move to Texas for 5th grade on to part of my Junior year in High School. I knew this was home, when I returned the middle of our Junior year and most of you welcomed me back with open arms and we reconnected as if I never left. I have so many memories, such as freezing my butt off at a winter football game and taking turns running in and out of the van to warm up, or even cheering the Vikes to victory in basketball. But for me, the most personal is studying my butt off for my Government Final to be the first one in my family to graduate High School and knowing the teacher new about me accomplishing that and his face as he was proud to inform me that I passed!
