Amanda Posey Robinson

In the past twenty years, I have been married to Brett for 17 of them. Went back to college at 29 and got a nursing degree when I turned 33. One thing that I have realized is that you never stop growing and you never stop learning. Difficulties have also come during this time. I have lost my dear sister I once knew to a severe brain injury, but God is an awesome God who gives me the strength to get through it somehow. Now I work 5 days a week and spend the rest of time living vicariously through my children and their activities. As with everyone there have been 20 years with happiness, 20 years with tears, and I can't wait to see what the next 20 holds.

One of my favorite stories that my children want me to tell over and over is the day a group of us (about 6) skipped tech school so that we could see the snake show. We hid in the bathroom until someone found us. We were too naive to realize that the tech school would be calling the principal. Needless to say, we didn't see the snake show. We had to do In-school suspension that day. What were we thinking? And it was all to see a snake!
