Hey danny, several teachers told me i would BE LUCKY if i ended up on skid row. For some reason, Mr. Long was mesmerized by my Dokken t-shirt. Everytime I wore it, he said "your going to hell Casteel." I told him one time that me and Mr. Scary would see him there. He flipped out. He didn't even ask me who Mr. Scary was. I was wanting to educate him on one of the guitar gods. Oh by the way, last concert i went to man was Yngwie Malmsteen. You ought to see that sucker play live man. Utterly amazing!!!! He had Lizzy Borden opening and he kicked our ass as well.

Michael- when did you start working out? I started about two years ago. I was up to 245 pounds. (Yeah, up from 130 in 1989) I couldn't go up a damn flight of stairs without catching my breath. I started eating right and working out. Dropped to 170 pounds of lean sexiness. Recently tried to 'bulk up' with high grams of whey and casein proteins. Got up to 195 but it is too expensive to maintain for me. And it's hard on joints. I'm going to stay about 183 and try to keep lean. You look great and I know it's work brother. Keep at it.

Jessica- tell Paula that I'm crushed she didn't wait on me to come of age. But I forgive her. She was dreeeeaaamy.

Jamie- i recently had a conversation with Amy Gatlin. She thinks we should appologize to our dates for taking them to Pizza Hut before the prom. We were some suave romantic devils weren't we?

What kind of fighting did you do? I attempted boxing about a year ago and got my ass kicked waaaay to much. I'm to old for that but would love to learn some JuiJitsu. My 2nd son is taking BJJ and some Muay Thai at a place in Cullman. He loves it.

Danny i started with take-wan-do when i was about 12 me and scott burchell started break dancing to domo ory goto mr. roboto and working out. got my black belt 2nd degree weapons,then took wing-chun kungfu,then went to tung-so-do and ju-jit-su, got 2 blacks and a red belt..fought the AKC in 1992 came in 2nd in state,hit some MMA cage fights in atlanta took a little prize money but the whooooppins came more often than the money.still have several tropheys.that shit hurts worse now so I only fight when its fun!!!!! still doin the mary lu retin flips but im getting slow.I mean im perfecting it.never grow up never get old OH MY MY.let me know if you got my #.
